A retail space opened up in a beautiful, historic building in one of Manhattan’s liveliest areas. What started as a vision became reality, driven by our shared love for authentic Italian pizza.

My name is Paul Previti, owner of Delmonico’s and former operator of two successful pizza spots in New York City. I’m thrilled to embark on this new venture with my brother-in-law, Kevin Wade. Back in 2007, Kevin and I took a Mediterranean cruise with 25 family members to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. During the trip, it was clear that Kevin had a passion for the preparation and serving of food—particularly pizza, our go-to choice at every port.

Our mission is simple yet bold: to bring true Italian-style pizza to New Yorkers who appreciate “the real thing.” We use only the finest ingredients, crafting each pizza to honor tradition and flavor.
